An Asetek AIO is very easy to maintain as it is a sealed loop where you never have to worry about the liquid. However, cleaning dust from the fans and the radiator is easy but necessary hygiene over time.

In the long run, you will also want to check on the thermal paste on the pump and possibly replace it.
