How to find Serial number and Racehub Log files

Updated on March 18, 2025

Serial number

The serial number is a unique identifier assigned to an individual item/product. We use these for many internal reasons and for the point of view of the consumer, the purpose of this is for product identification, warranty cases & support. The Asetek serial number is based on 9 digits and starts with the letter D.

The serial number can be found in the following places:

  • Product box
  • Underneath the product
  • Digitally visual in Racehub software (expect La Prima/Invicta clutch pedal)
    • It can be found in Racehub -> Settings -> info

Racehub Log files

The information in the log file is useful for identifying and resolving issues that may not be visible to the naked eye. In most cases, the support team requires log files that indicate the equipment’s behavior.

Below, you’ll find the guide on how to provide the support team with the necessary log files.

  1. Use the equipment as intended with Racehub open and running in the background (as always), and when the issue occurs the log file will register the event.
  2. Go back to Racehub -> Settings
  3. Find the button “Zip log files” in the lower left corner.
    1. Racehub has now merged all your recent logs into one zipped folder. A new window will appear on your screen where you are able to save it locally on your PC.
  4. Send the recently saved zipped folder to Asetek through the “RMA/Warranty” ticket form
