If you are experiencing any issues with your wheelbase, it is always a good start to do a manual firmware update. This guide will help you manually updating your wheelbase, to make sure it has the latest version.
You must have installed the latest version of RaceHub™, to ensure the latest drivers are installed.
The wheelbase now has the latest firmware version, and the automatic update notification should now work for future updates.

With RaceHub 3.0 we released some new LED features, that, if not known about, can be confusing. Therefore we recommend watching our video regarding these LED features.

If the “High Torque” mode can’t be turned on in RaceHub or if you have the “Torque Disabled” error message, it can be because the torque button is not connected correctly to the wheelbase. Make sure it is connected correctly, with a small “click” when inserted into the connector on the wheelbase.
