Osaka Information and computer science College (OIC) in Japan has an ongoing project with the objective of building the fastest PC in the world. Once again the VapoChill shows its superior performance.

This PC is build around a VapoChill cooling system and a 1GHz AMD T-bird. So far they have reached an amazing 1,37GHz (1370MHz) and naturally the PC runs 100% stable at this speed.
