Peter Dam Madsen

As Aseteks Chief Financial Officer since 2006, Peter has deep insight into the financial and operational infrastructure of the company. He carries the main responsibility for all financial systems and structures throughout the legal entities in Denmark, USA, China and Taiwan. Furthermore, he participates in the strategy work at executive level and serves as the secretary for the Board of Directors.

Peter Dam Madsen is an experienced CFO with experience from other tech-companies. He joined Asetek as part of the initial management team tasked with professionalizing and scaling the company. Thus, he was an instrumental part of the small operation which in the early 2000’s developed the company towards its current structure.

Peter Dam Madsen came to Asetek from the entertainment lighting manufacturer Martin Professional, Inc. where he initially worked as financial controller (1998-2000) and then was promoted Chief Financial Officer (2000-2006) responsible for all operational, administrative and financial areas for the US operation.

Prior to the time with Martin Professional, Peter served as CFO of Dantax Radioindustri A/S listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

Peter (born in 1968) holds an MBA in International Business from Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Aalborg University. For a number of years, he worked for KPMG and is originally trained as an auditor.
